I’ve been in the home improvement business since 1980. Everyone says that I am a perfectionist and I carry that into our product choices and installation techniques. When I started doing jobs for people in the Western Suburbs, I learned what was important to them. In addition to the quality of the work I did, it was the clean-up and respect I showed for their home and personal property. I accomplished this by taking as much care as possible to service their personal needs both inside and outside their home with pets, furniture, flooring and protecting flower beds & bushes, etc. Whatever it is that we do, it is always done the best.

I never set out to be the biggest company; my goal was and is to be the best. Without sounding like we are bragging, over 97% of our business is from referrals. I understood early that if on every job we impress the customer beyond their expectations, we would never be without work.
